Film SGV started with the intention of offering a fresh look to the industry. With over twenty years working in the industry, we saw an opportunity to showcase homes that have not been over used in film, television and commercials. Having worked with numerous directors, producers and location managers, Film SGV knew we could provide amazing properties in communities that would add something new to the creative process. The San Gabriel Valley is located minutes away from downtown LA and our communities offer wide streets and without load in limitations for equipment. No logistical issues such as steep drive ways and homes on hills.
